Ricotta and Peach Flatbread Pizza

Though that basic definition is stretched a bit here, you can technically still consider this pizza.
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 1
- 1/2 cup Low-fat Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Flatbread, Healthy Grain, Whole Grain White
- 1 Peach
- 2 tbsp Pistachios (shelled roasted & salted)
- 1 1/2 tsp Honey
- 1/4茶匙海盐
- 1/2 tsp Thyme, Fresh
DIRECTIONS

Spread the ricotta cheese over the surface of the flatbread (such as pocketless pita)

Top with the peach slices and pistachios. Drizzle with the honey. Sprinkle with the salt (such as fleur de sel) and thyme.

Cut into wedges using a pizza cutter to enjoy.
