Kiwi, Zucchini and Apple Smoothie

This bright-green smoothie bursts with health benefits from kiwi, kale, zucchini and green apple. Not only are these green fruits and veggies low in calories, but they also provide fiber to help regulate blood sugar levels and keep your hunger at bay.
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 1
- 1 fruit kiwi
- 1/2 cup Zucchini, Sliced
- 1/2 cup Green Apple slices
- 1/4 cup raw kale
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3/4 cup Coconut Water
- 1 tsp Honey
- 4 Ice Cube
DIRECTIONS

Peel and slice the kiwi, reserving one slice for garnish.

In a blender, combine the kiwi, zucchini, apple, kale, lemon juice, coconut water, honey, and ice and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and top with a slice of kiwi and serve right away.
