Running can be one of the most therapeutic exercises. It teaches you endless lessons about endurance, inner strength and perseverance.

Back pain
Hi everyone, I'm experiencing back pain every time I run and it's limiting my fitness...
I broke my toe so I couldn't run for quite a long time, and now when I run my back hurts a lot (lower back). Would you have any idea why??
I looked it up, but there are a lot of different answers...

Morning run
Just me and the geese (and maybe 3 other people) before the Sunday crowds show up!

Cross Country Meet Sick?
Hi guys! This is a bit of a story, but I'm in law school at 19 and I ran in undergrad (NAIA or DIII level), but only two years. I realy love running and I'm a club athlete now, but the varsity coach at my D1 school said I could join the team if I stay in shape and continue to drop my times. I missed the first meet if the year because I had strep and note I have the flu. I wanna run , but don't know what to do. I have a meet next week and its the last one we run where the varsity team is there too. Should I go? Should I keep training daily? This is stressing me out too much. Thank you.

15km run, set a new goal for a 21km probably this fall.
我现在可以连续运行几天。仍然保持方面的ast one rest day. yesterday i did a short trail run with lots of hills and faster intervals.
i also have gotten my 13yr old son running once week with me. my husband and sister are both in week 2 of the c25k program. they are doing great and i wouldnt take credit for any of their hardwork...but i dont think its a coincidence...

Something is better than nothing
For some reason I was feeling tired and sluggish on my run this morning. I ended half a mile early which sucks because I'm training for a 10k race in October. But more than anything I'm proud of myself for sticking with it and running twice as far as I actually wanted to!

Too much rich food
Had a little birthday celebration this weekend and ate and drank far more junk than I should have. The consequence of that indulgence will be a difficult trail run today. I honestly would rather sit my long run out this weekend, but that's the short term thinker in me. Looking forward to getting back on my "mostly from the garden" diet that makes me feel a lot better than I do now!
