We could eat this autumn salad recipe all year round. The flavorful mixture of pomegranate seeds, goat cheese, walnuts and toasted pumpkin seeds really can't be beat.
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 4
- 4 cups Baby Spinach
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate Arils
- 1/4 cup Goat Cheese Crumbles
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds(salted-toasted)
- 1/4 cup Walnut
- 1/4 cup Raspberry Vinegarette Dressing
DIRECTIONS

Place first 5 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.

Top with dressing and toss to coat.

Divide evenly between 4 salad bowls.
