We could eat this autumn salad recipe all year round. The flavorful mixture of pomegranate seeds, goat cheese, walnuts and toasted pumpkin seeds really can't be beat.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 4

  • 4 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Arils
  • 1/4 cup Goat Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds(salted-toasted)
  • 1/4 cup Walnut
  • 1/4 cup Raspberry Vinegarette Dressing

DIRECTIONS

1 Place first 5 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
2 Top with dressing and toss to coat.
3 Divide evenly between 4 salad bowls.
