Banana Berry Protein Ice Cream

Frozen bananas stand in as the base of this healthy dessert. Slice and freeze the bananas and freeze the raspberries the night before you make the ice cream.
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 5
- 4 banana
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 3/4 cup Organic Light Coconut Milk
- 4 scoops Proto Whey Vanilla (New Power Crunch Formulation)
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 Orange
DIRECTIONS

Slice and freeze bananas and raspberries overnight.

Pulse frozen bananas and raspberries in a food processor until coarse, scraping the sides as necessary.

Add the protein powder and ½ cup of the coconut milk until smooth. Add the remaining ¼ cup coconut milk, vanilla and sea salt.

Squeeze about 1 tablespoon of fresh orange juice into the ice cream and puree until smooth.

Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
