Fruits with bright colors, such as blueberries contain powerful antioxidants that are essential for beautiful skin. Add this blueberry chia jam to your daily diet to keep skin protected and young looking.
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 10
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 fruit clementine
DIRECTIONS

In a high-powered blender, add blueberries, chia seeds and the zest and juice of 1 small orange.

Pulse one or two times, leaving the mixture as chunky or as smooth as you like.

Transfer to a small sealable glass jar or a small container with a lid.

Leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Use within 5 days.
