INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 100 g Dragonfruit (pitaya)
  • 1/2 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup Original Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Organic Maca Powder
  • 1 rounded scoops Organic Plant-Based Protein Powder, Sweet Vanilla Bean
  • 1 tbsp Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
  • 10 raspberries Raspberry
  • 2 medium sized Fig

DIRECTIONS

1 Add ingredients 1-6 to a Vitamix or blender and blend until smooth.
2 Add ice to thicken as desired.
3 Pour into a bowl and top with optional garnish ingredients to add flavor and nutrient density.
4 Enjoy immediately.
