For a green treat to celebrate St. Patrick's Day or a midday brunch, opt for a healthy dose of protein with fruits and vegetables. Recipe courtesy of Rob Kominiarek, aka "America's Fitness Doctor".

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 cup water
  • 35 g Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 celery stalk(s)
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber
  • 1/2 medium Green Apple
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS

1 In a blender combine: water, protein powder, spinach, celery, cucumber, apple, cinnamon and ice.
2 Blend until desired thickness. May need to add more ice.
