For a green treat to celebrate St. Patrick's Day or a midday brunch, opt for a healthy dose of protein with fruits and vegetables. Recipe courtesy of Rob Kominiarek, aka "America's Fitness Doctor".
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 1
- 1 cup water
- 35 g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 1 celery stalk(s)
- 1/4 cup Cucumber
- 1/2 medium Green Apple
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
DIRECTIONS

In a blender combine: water, protein powder, spinach, celery, cucumber, apple, cinnamon and ice.

Blend until desired thickness. May need to add more ice.
