Green Superfood Smoothie Jar

Create this green superfood smoothie with a variety of frozen fruits and vegetables, from mango cubes to broccoli, baby spinach, cucumber and more! Add a hint of lemon juice, ginger root and turmeric for added nutrients. (Photo: Jackie Newgent)
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 2
- 3 tbsp Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
- 1 3/4 cups mango
- 1 cup English Cucumber
- 1 cup Organic Baby Spinach
- 1 cup Unsweetened Green Tea
- 1/2 cup Broccoli, frozen, spears, unprepared
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger Root
- 1/8 tsp Tumeric
DIRECTIONS

Add the hemp seeds to a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until powdery.

Add the frozen mango, unpeeled chopped cucumber, spinach, chilled green tea, frozen broccoli, mint, lemon juice, ginger, and turmeric. Cover and blend on high speed until well puréed.

Pour into chilled jars or tall glasses, and serve.
