Hidden Spinach Smoothie

Spinach is a favorite for smoothies because its texture and taste are so much easier to hide than kale, and it allows the bright flavors of your raw fruits to shine through. We're using steamed spinach in this recipe because it's easier on the kidneys and thyroid to digest rather than when it's consumed raw.
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 2
- 1 cup Steamed Spinach
- 1 cup frozen sour cherries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 medium banana
- 1 scoops Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk, Original
DIRECTIONS

Blend all the ingredients in a blender on HIGH until creamy, or the desired consistency.
