Pan-Grilled Nectarine Sundae

The contrasting tastes and textures of this nutrient-rich dish come from the grilled nectarine halves, smooth Greek yogurt, and crunchy pistachios.
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 4
- 2 medium nectarine
- 1/2 cup 2% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Roasted & Salted Shelled Pistachios
DIRECTIONS

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high

Cut the nectarines in half and remove seeds. (Note: If desired, spritz cut surface with cooking spray to help prevent sticking to the grill.)
