The chickpeas used in hummus are a great source of protein and fiber, among other important nutrients. Lemon juice offers vitamin C and antioxidants – perfect for boosting immunity. This smoky hummus can be savored with your vegetables of choice.
INGREDIENTS

- 1 3/4 cups Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, canned, solids and liquids
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice, canned or bottled
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp Spices - Smoked Paprika
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 2 tbsp Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
- 4 sprigs Parsley, fresh
DIRECTIONS

Combine chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, tahini, chipotle peppers, and parsley into a blender.

Blend until smooth.
