Tomato Stacks with Yogurt Ranch Dressing

When you are concerned with having glowing, youthful, and healthy skin, vitamin C is the vitamin that you want to eat enough of in your diet. And one cup of tomatoes provides over one-third of your daily recommended amount of vitamin C.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 4

  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain
  • 1 tbsp 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper, Ground Black
  • 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chives, raw
  • 4 medium Roma Tomatoes
  • 4 serving Basil Leaves 1 oz
  • 1/2 sweet onion

DIRECTIONS

1 In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, and chives — set aside.
2 Slice tomatoes to desired thickness.
3 Place a basil leaf in between each tomato slice.
4 Top with sweet onions.
5 Drizzle dressing over the top.
