Tomato Stacks with Yogurt Ranch Dressing

When you are concerned with having glowing, youthful, and healthy skin, vitamin C is the vitamin that you want to eat enough of in your diet. And one cup of tomatoes provides over one-third of your daily recommended amount of vitamin C.
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 4
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain
- 1 tbsp 2% reduced-fat milk
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper, Ground Black
- 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Chives, raw
- 4 medium Roma Tomatoes
- 4 serving Basil Leaves 1 oz
- 1/2 sweet onion
DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, and chives — set aside.

Slice tomatoes to desired thickness.

Place a basil leaf in between each tomato slice.

Top with sweet onions.

Drizzle dressing over the top.
